At Aquarium Co-Op, we want you to feel as confident in your wardrobe as you do in your aquascapes, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn apparel. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
